ACL GRC Results Module in non-US regions.

Impact:
We are conducting maintenance work on our Results Module in all non-US regions on Friday, January 19, 2018.
The application will be unavailable during a portion of the following maintenance windows:

Australia: Between 8:00 AM and 12:00PM PST
Asia Pacific Region: Between 8:00AM and 12:00 PM PST
Europe: Between 3:00 PM and 7:00PM PST
Canada: Between 5:00 PM and 9:00PM PST
